I had a last-minute request from the Department of Visual Arts to design an advertisement for the upcoming show by Weds Feb 15, and I'm wondering if you would have the ability to help us out. The ad will go on a poster shared with the MFA Open Studios announcement, and it will be posted to the campus shuttle. I did contract an outside graphic design firm to create an entire visual identity for the upcoming show, but their studio does not have the capacity to design this ad with the Weds Feb 15 deadline. Would you be able to use the visual identity from the designer to create something for the advertisement? I can provide you with the text, the fonts, all the color codes, etc. The gallery would pay you by the hour. — Cecillia, Director and Chief Curator, Mandeville Art Gallery

My vote is #2 with the grey - but I'm wondering how the below information could be featured more prominently? Perhaps - like #2 - this information is on the same line (like the other design) at the top along with the QR code or on the same line at the bottom with the QR code? — Ceci

I think the text background makes the poster a little too busy. Maybe we should take out the text/grey background all together? And move the QR code somewhere (maybe the upper right side?) I like how you're using the blue as a highlight color - very smart! — Ceci

I am inquiring with the PR lead in Visual Arts if they need a JPG or PDF. He did not tell me if this was a print or a digital ad. I will follow up soonest if in fact they need to be formatted for PDF. I decided to go with V4B. — Ceci
